Description
Jordan Basin Improvement District is soliciting bids from contractors prequalified for its Mountain View Corridor sewer projects. The work includes approximately 2,620 linear feet of 30-inch sanitary sewer pipeline, 8-inch HDPE sewer, a 6-inch sewer lateral reconnection, seven- and six-foot-diameter acid-resistant sewer manholes, temporary sewer bypass pumping, and sewer pipeline and manhole abandonment. The project also includes two guided trenchless crossings beneath Mountain View Corridor using a minimum 42-inch steel casing, underground power relocations, storm-drain work, traffic control, curb, sidewalk, ADA ramp, asphalt, median, sod, landscape rock, field, and bark-mulch restoration. Only listed prequalified contractors may bid. A bid bond equal to 5% of the bid price is required, and the bid must include the completed Information Required of Bidder, Bid, and Bid Schedule forms. The Information Required of Bidder must be sworn and notarized.
