Description
The City seeks a contractor to furnish labor, materials, equipment, and consultation for preparation and spray application of structural-grade geopolymer lining to rehabilitate approximately 1,680 linear feet of existing culvert infrastructure. The lining system must provide a minimum 50-year service life and enhanced corrosion and abrasion protection. The work includes site preparation, traffic control, required stormwater permitting and planning, installation, and restoration of disturbed landscaping. The bid schedule includes a base bid for Chamber 2 and alternatives for Chambers 3 and 1; the City may award all or part of the work. The proposal must include a statement of qualifications, bid schedules, business and contractor licenses, insurance certificates, and other requested supporting information. The qualifications package must address relevant experience, manufacturer approval and training, similar completed projects and references, project team availability, and the proposed product and approach. The selected contractor must provide performance and payment bonds; these are post-award requirements. The City anticipates a notice to proceed for the base schedule on March 30, 2027, and requires project completion, including invoicing, by June 1, 2027.
