Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Northern California Health Care System, intends to award a one-year, firm-fixed-price contract on a sole-source basis to EWA Direction, Inc., a verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, for chiller tower repairs and related services. The contractor would provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidental services necessary to perform the repairs in accordance with government specifications and applicable manufacturer, safety, and code requirements. This is a special notice and not a request for competitive quotations or proposals. Interested concerns may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to perform the requirement; the information will be used to determine whether the planned sole-source acquisition should be revised. The stated period of performance is December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027.
