Description
The City of Sacramento is soliciting bids for comprehensive testing, maintenance, repair, inspection, training, recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance support for its aboveground and underground storage tank systems and fuel dispensing equipment. Services include annual monitoring-system, spill-bucket, leak-detector, vapor-recovery, and applicable product-line testing; secondary-containment testing every three years; monthly facility inspections; employee training; deficiency follow-up; preventive maintenance; and emergency and non-emergency repairs. The contractor must provide 24-hour, seven-day emergency response with a response time of less than six hours, support all City fuel sites, and use appropriately licensed, ICC-certified, and manufacturer-trained personnel. The solicitation includes a pricing schedule for specified supplies, testing, inspections, and hourly nonperiodic maintenance, as well as a five-year contract term. A minimum 5% Local Business Enterprise participation requirement applies, and bidders must submit personnel certification information and required bid attachments and forms.
