Description
Sacramento County Department of Airports seeks one qualified environmental planning consulting firm to provide on-call professional services across its four airports. The scope includes NEPA and CEQA documentation; FAA environmental coordination; environmental permitting and regulatory compliance; technical studies; mitigation monitoring; PFAS investigation, sampling, response planning, and regulatory coordination; sustainability and climate planning; environmental GIS and data management; site assessments; public outreach; and related technical support. The selected consultant will provide project-specific proposals and task-order services, including reports, technical studies, permit applications, compliance materials, field investigations, monitoring, agency coordination, and environmental support for airport capital projects. The agreement has an initial three-year term with one optional two-year extension, for a possible five-year maximum term and maximum total payment of $3,500,000. Respondents must submit a signed statement of qualifications, cover letter, executive summary, required County forms, relevant project examples, references, technical approaches, fee information, and financial background information. The SOQ must include one PDF copy and one Microsoft Word copy.
