Description
Sacramento County Department of Airports is soliciting proposals from qualified operators to provide automated concession services at Sacramento International Airport and Sacramento Executive Airport. The scope includes furnishing, installing, stocking, operating, maintaining, and managing vending machines at public-facing and employee-only locations. The program anticipates approximately 36 public-facing machines across 10 locations and approximately 20 employee-area machines across nine locations, with offerings such as snacks, beverages, fresh food, and unique items. Operators must provide reliable 24/7 service, inventory and delivery management, maintenance and repairs, customer-service and refund procedures, sales reporting, sustainability and waste-management practices, and proposed concepts, products, pricing, machine designs, utility requirements, sales projections, and percentage-rent offers. The agreement term is up to five years. Proposals are evaluated on qualifications, financial capability, sustainability, waste management, concept and product quality, customer service, operations, and financial offer.
