The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an extension of Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. SAC-22412-R2 for a private boarding dock project located at 6411 Garden Highway, Sacramento, CA, on the Sacramento River. The extension prolongs the agreement expiration from November 21, 2026 to November 21, 2031, while all other conditions remain unchanged. This is a Notice of Exemption under Class 4 Categorical Exemption (CCR Title 14, Section 15304) as it involves a private land alteration without removal of healthy, mature, or scenic trees.
