Description
The Sacramento Area Sewer District is seeking two consultants to provide comprehensive, on-call professional surveying services on an as-needed basis. The scope includes boundary, easement, right-of-way, property, construction, settlement-monitoring, control, benchmark, plat-map, traditional and aerial topographic, photogrammetric, and monument-support surveying; preparation and interpretation of deeds and legal descriptions; AutoCAD drafting; subdivision and parcel maps; field inspection and data collection; reports, technical memoranda, calculations, and construction support. Proposals must address the complete scope and include company background, consultant team and resumes, DIR compliance, services offered, at least five similar-project examples from the past seven years with at least three public-agency references and contact information, conflict disclosures, applicable Iran Contracting Act and economic-sanctions forms, proprietary-information disclosures, insurance information, exceptions, employment practices, and a rate sheet. The proposal is limited to 15 single-sided pages, subject to stated exclusions. Two contracts are anticipated, with a term of five years or budget-dependent, compensated on a time-and-expenses basis with a not-to-exceed amount to be established.
