Description
The Commission seeks one contractor to support Phase One and Phase Two peer respite pilot and expansion projects across California. The scope includes technical assistance to grantees on peer respite operations, Intentional Peer Support model fidelity, partnerships, licensing and compliance, technology, Medi-Cal billing, safety, recruitment, and fiscal sustainability; facilitation of a statewide learning collaborative; and development of tools, plans, shared resources, a Peer-Integrated Crisis Care Continuum Brief, and a California Peer Respite Guide. The contractor must design and implement formative and summative evaluations, collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, monitor outcomes and disparities, and produce quarterly progress reports, implementation reports, final reports, and learning-collaborative materials. The contract is a deliverables-based, three-year and three-month engagement with funding available up to $3,334,000. The proposer must complete at least 60% of the work in-house, and subcontracting requires Commission approval.
