Description
The City of Sacramento Department of Human Resources is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide as-needed instructor-led training and organizational development services for City employees. Required capabilities include leadership development; manager and supervisor skills; program, project, and team development; employee career development; business-process improvement; and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging training. Contractors must offer established courses and demonstrate the ability to customize curricula, develop organizational needs assessments, facilitate workshops, provide executive coaching and leadership programs, supply course materials and assessments, evaluate training effectiveness, and deliver training through in-person, live virtual, on-demand, self-paced, hybrid, webinar, and blended-learning modalities. Proposals must include a course catalog, training and content approach, qualifications of the firm and key personnel, three relevant employee-training projects with references, instructor biographies, conflict-of-interest information, pricing, and required City forms. The City anticipates awarding multiple contracts, with a combined expected not-to-exceed budget of $500,000; contracts may run for up to five years, with no guaranteed minimum usage or compensation.
