Description
Alameda County Behavioral Health Services is seeking qualified providers for a pool of contractors to deliver specialized eating disorder treatment services under RFPQ 26-05. Available modalities include residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient services, transitional housing for PHP or IOP participants when distance is prohibitive, and specialized eating disorder services. Specialized services may use multidisciplinary approaches, including individual, group, and family therapy, licensed dietician monitoring, medication support, and in-person or telehealth delivery. Programs must use evidence-based practices; all programs must provide individual, group, and family therapy, licensed dietician monitoring, and medication support with a licensed prescriber or psychiatrist. PHP and residential programs must have access to medical staff. Providers must have at least one year of relevant experience, maintain required California licenses and current fire clearance where applicable, and ensure California licensure for telehealth practitioners. Residential programs require an appropriate California license. Responses are limited to six pages and must include the completed bid response packet, staff list and schedule, applicable license documentation, required attestations, and a completed Budget Worksheet. The County does not guarantee any minimum dollar amount or awarded scope of services and may award contracts to multiple providers.
