Description
Alameda County is soliciting a contractor to provide complete annual administration of its Emergency Medical Services Parcel Tax under Ordinance No. O-97-52 (Measure C). The scope includes project management, data acquisition and preparation, parcel classification, tax calculations, year-over-year validation, draft and final special-tax rolls, electronic submission files, quality assurance and error correction, reporting, data security, business continuity, and transition assistance. The contractor must provide annual work plans, schedules, status meetings, bi-weekly progress reports, database preparation, rejected-record resolution, reconciliation, exception reporting, disaster recovery, and transfer of project files at expiration or termination. The County intends to award a three-year contract with an option to renew for two additional years.
