Description
Alameda County Public Health Department is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish and deliver authentic, FDA-licensed or authorized vaccines for its Immunization Program. Requested products include pediatric and adult vaccines covering hepatitis A and B, HPV, MMR, meningococcal disease, pneumococcal disease, Tdap, Td, varicella, shingles, seasonal influenza, COVID-19, RSV, and other listed immunizations. Estimated quantities are for evaluation and planning only and do not guarantee purchases; equivalent products may be proposed when they meet the stated antigen, formulation, dosage, presentation, storage, and regulatory requirements. The contractor must provide wholesale distribution, order acknowledgment, inventory and shortage management, courier delivery to County-designated locations within Alameda County, cold-chain storage and transportation, temperature monitoring, traceability and drug-supply-chain documentation, recall and excursion response, returns and credits, customer support, invoicing, continuity planning, and monthly performance reporting. Routine in-stock orders received by noon Pacific Time must be delivered within two business days, while designated urgent orders must be delivered by the next business day. The contract is planned for three years, with an option for a two-year renewal.
