Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking one provider to furnish and operate Residential Reentry Center services for male and female federal offenders, including up to 40 beds per performance period—30 male and 10 female—and Home Confinement services for up to 50 placements per performance period. The services must comply with the Bureau's March 2022 Residential Reentry Center Statement of Work, including facility operations, 24/7 resident supervision, staffing, intake, case management, employment assistance, programming, food and medical coordination, security, drug and alcohol testing, electronic monitoring, reporting, inspections, and resident transition and release support. Home Confinement placements must be within 100 miles of the facility. The requirement is structured as an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with firm-fixed unit prices and a one-year base period plus four one-year option periods. The contractor must furnish all personnel, management, equipment, supplies, and services necessary for performance, and must provide at least 70% of contract requirements using its own directly compensated employees; subcontracting is limited to 30%.
