Description
Collin County Community College District is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive bookstore and related services across its campuses and centers. The scope includes physical and online bookstore operations; new, used, rental, digital, print-on-demand, custom-published, and specialized course materials; general, college-branded, graduation, convenience, and program-specific merchandise; textbook buyback; faculty adoption and requisition support; marketing; reporting; staffing; fulfillment; refunds and exchanges; and support for academic programs and events. The contractor must support traditional, Inclusive Access, and Equitable Access course-material models; integrate bookstore systems with Workday Student and Canvas; provide automated processing for charges, refunds, returns, adjustments, opt-outs, and enrollment changes; and describe technology, implementation, staffing, pricing, commissions, discounts, investments, and financial commitments. The proposal must include a structured narrative response, financial commitment and pricing spreadsheets, references, financial information, and required portal responses. The contract is anticipated to run for five years, with one additional five-year renewal option and a possible month-to-month extension of up to twelve months.
