Description
The City of McKinney is seeking statements of qualifications from experienced planning firms to prepare a small-area and corridor plan for a portion of State Highway 5, also known as McDonald Street. The scope includes community engagement, existing-conditions analysis, development-feasibility analysis, land-use and zoning recommendations, design recommendations, infrastructure and connectivity recommendations, incentives, and potentially additional work supporting implementation measures.
