Description
Collin County is soliciting sealed bids from qualified resellers for specified Mopec equipment: 41 standard autopsy carrier chassis, 61 molded plastic carrier chassis trays, and three bariatric carrier chassis with single-sided hydraulic cranks. The specifications identify required dimensions, materials, capacities, locking casters, and compatibility requirements; equivalent products may be considered if they meet or exceed the specifications. The estimated annual contract value is $220,000, although actual purchases will be made on an as-needed basis. The contract will begin upon award and continue for 12 months. Delivery is required within 60 calendar days of each order and must include assembly, setup, installation, and all freight and delivery charges. Bidders must submit firm-fixed unit pricing through the electronic procurement portal. The solicitation also requires completion of the portal response, including company information, acknowledgments, references for three similar customers, a completed W-9, and a conflict-of-interest questionnaire if applicable. Insurance requirements include commercial general liability, workers' compensation and employers' liability, and commercial automobile liability coverage.
