Description
The City of Melissa is soliciting sealed bids for construction of an expansion to the Public Safety Building parking lot. The work includes grading, paving, drainage, utilities, landscaping, irrigation, and hardscape improvements in accordance with plans prepared by WSB Engineering, Inc. Bidding documents will be available through CIVCAST, and only recorded planholders are eligible for award. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the City Secretary by the deadline and will be publicly opened after closing. An optional in-person pre-bid meeting is scheduled, and general questions may be directed to Javier Garcia, PE.
