Description
The City of Plano is soliciting a low bid for construction of a new public park. The scope includes grading, drainage, utilities, concrete trails, retaining walls, a pavilion, irrigation, landscaping, site lighting, park amenities, and related site improvements. The estimated project value is $4,930,498. A bid bond or cashier's check equal to 5% of the amount bid must be received before the bid closing deadline; electronic respondents may upload a scanned copy, while the presumed awardee must provide the original within 24 hours of request. An optional virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 21, 2026, and substitution requests are due September 22, 2026. Questions are due September 22, 2026, at noon Central Time.
