Description
The City of Melissa is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the East Water Facility Distribution Main project. The base bid consists of approximately 15,650 linear feet of 30-inch water line, in accordance with plans prepared by WSB Engineering and the applicable Public Works Construction Standards—North Central Texas, latest edition. Plans, specifications, and other bidding documents will be available through CIVCAST. Bidders must be recorded planholders to be eligible for award. An optional in-person pre-bid meeting is scheduled, and bids will be publicly opened after the submission deadline.
