Description
Blue Ridge Independent School District (BRISD) is soliciting proposals for comprehensive network printer/copier services for all campuses and district buildings. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, maintenance, and support to ensure reliable printing and copying services across the district. The RFP includes requirements for experience, personnel qualifications, product quality, warranties, and pricing. Vendors must submit a complete proposal packet including required forms, references, and certifications. The contract will be awarded based on a best value evaluation, with price accounting for 50 points, experience/reputation/references for 30 points, personnel qualifications for 10 points, and product quality/warranty for 10 points.
