Description
The contractor will develop a comprehensive travel training and rider education video program for Concho Valley Transit District. The scope includes project planning, scripts, storyboards, filming, editing, demonstrations, accessibility compliance, stakeholder engagement, user testing, translations, and final delivery. Videos must address transit services, eligibility, trip planning, booking, boarding and riding procedures, safety, accessibility, specialized audiences, and realistic rider scenarios. On-site filming at transit vehicles, facilities, stops, and other designated locations is required, with the contractor furnishing all production equipment and coordinating releases and filming schedules. Deliverables include English and Spanish final videos; professionally completed, synchronized caption and subtitle files in English, Spanish, and at least the top 50 languages; source and project files; social-media and web assets; flyer, poster, handout, presentation, QR-code, and printable rider-guide materials; and an outreach and implementation plan. Digital deliverables should meet WCAG Level AA standards where practicable and include closed captions, readable high-contrast graphics, audio narration, and other accessibility features. The contractor must conduct at least two stakeholder engagement sessions, provide a project manager, hold monthly status meetings, and include all labor, travel, equipment, licensing, translation, and related costs in a turnkey proposal. The anticipated project completion period is approximately six to twelve months following contract execution.
