Description
The Oregon State Lottery Commission is soliciting multimedia development services for two employee videos: a 45-minute domestic violence awareness and response training video for managers, Human Resources, and Security staff, and a 7- to 10-minute peer-support video for other Lottery employees. The videos must use professional voice-over narration, simple two-dimensional character animation, motion graphics, on-screen text, and still imagery; live actors, filmed reenactments, and live-action dramatizations are prohibited. Content must be inclusive, respectful, trauma-informed, and appropriate for the sensitive subject matter. The contractor must develop scripts and storyboards, propose the visual style and character designs, record narration, produce the animated multimedia, provide draft and final videos, and incorporate Lottery-approved revisions. The contractor will coordinate with the Lottery Project Manager on a delivery schedule that includes pre-production and post-production meetings, review and approval milestones, revisions, and final delivery. Pricing must be fixed and all-inclusive for both videos, submitted on the attached quote form through OregonBuys.
