The New York State Olympic Regional Development Authority (Olympic Authority) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to establish a pool of pre-qualified vendors capable of providing photography and videography services. The services may include event coverage, tourism and destination marketing, editorial photography/videography, action and sports documentation, portrait sessions, documentary-style productions, product and lifestyle photography, fashion/editorial shoots, and landscape/scenic content. Vendors must be able to provide all labor, equipment, and services necessary, including pre-production planning, on-site coverage, post-production editing, and digital file delivery. The use of unmanned aircraft systems (drones) is permitted for vendors with FAA Part 107 certification and appropriate insurance. The RFQ is open and continuous, with submissions accepted on a rolling basis. Pre-qualified vendors will enter into a Master Agreement with a one-year initial term, renewable annually, and will be eligible for future project-specific solicitations.
