Description
The General Services Administration’s Supply Chain Management Contracting Division is soliciting an all-or-none quote for three line items comprising seven orders of vehicle lifting equipment. The requirement includes one six-column mobile vehicle lift system, five lots containing four-column lift systems and accessories, and one eight-column mobile vehicle lift system. All lift columns must be interoperable with the supplied daisy-chain systems, have at least 19,000 pounds of lifting capacity per column, support cordless battery operation, synchronized lifting and lowering, safety locks, overload protection, emergency stops, and a minimum lifting height of 69 inches. The systems must be suitable for heavy-duty trucks, buses, and fleet maintenance operations and meet the stated ANSI/ALI-ALCTV and ISO 9001 certification requirements. The accessory lots include heavy-duty transmission jacks, dual-wheel dollies, HMMWV lift adapters, vehicle adapter carts, and 10-ton vehicle jack stands. Vendors must quote all items, provide pricing including freight and delivery lead time on an FOB destination basis, comply with MIL-STD-129R marking and labeling, and submit the completed quotation, applicable provision and clause fill-ins, and MIL-STD-129R compliance certification. Award will be based on lowest price, technically acceptable, subject to the stated small-business eligibility and administrative requirements.
