Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a firm-fixed-price purchase order for portable, indoor-safe power equipment to maintain mission-critical operations during utility failures. The requirement includes 32 high-capacity Jackery HomePower 3000-or-equal units, 12 Jackery Explorer 1000 v2-or-equal units, 12 compatible DC extension cables for solar panels, and 12 upgraded carrying cases. The high-capacity units must provide at least 3,072 Wh of battery capacity and 3,600 W of continuous AC output; the mid-capacity units must provide at least 1,070 Wh and 1,500 W. The power stations must be emissions-free, quiet, safe for indoor operation, portable, and compatible with the specified solar-charging components. The bundles must include the required 200 W solar panels, and the extension cables must provide at least 16 feet of length and support an overall reach of at least 26 feet when combined with standard panel cables. All products must be new, in original packaging, and not refurbished. Delivery is FOB destination and must be completed within 30 days after receipt of order, with the solicitation listing October 15, 2026, as the requested delivery date. Quotations must include pricing for every line item, detailed technical data, delivery information, completed solicitation portions and offeror representations and certifications, and the offeror's company, UEI, CAGE code, contact, tax, and invoicing information. Award will be made to one responsible small-business quoter offering the lowest-priced technically acceptable quote, subject to price reasonableness and available funds.
