Description
The Georgia World Congress Center Authority is soliciting proposals from experienced firms to provide comprehensive audio-visual and production rigging services across its convention, sports, entertainment, and event facilities. The scope includes general-session and breakout-room AV, trade-show and exhibit-hall services, digital displays and projection, sound and interpretation systems, theatrical lighting, hybrid and virtual event production, video recording and streaming, and related customer support. The contractor will also provide exclusive production rigging services for exhibit-hall floors and ballroom general sessions, including rigging design and engineering coordination, load calculations, installation and removal of overhead systems, trusses, hoists, chain motors, hardware, and certified supervision. Additional responsibilities include equipment and inventory management, staffing, maintenance, safety compliance, marketing and sales support, transition planning, capital investment, pricing, revenue reporting, and a commission to the Authority of at least 32% of net revenue. Proposals must address the required operational, technical, financial, safety, experience, and customer-service requirements and include the specified exhibits and references.
