The U.S. Embassy Canberra seeks a contractor to design, develop, launch, host, maintain, and support a publicly accessible EducationUSA Pacific Sport Diplomacy Hub serving stakeholders across the East Asia and Pacific region. The platform must provide sport pathway guidance, country-specific eligibility information, contact-management functionality, free registration, demographic data collection, and Section 508 accessibility, with support for at least 50 users throughout the performance period. The work includes six English-language self-paced course modules covering U.S. college sports pathways, recruitment, eligibility, scholarships, commitment processes, and the international student-athlete experience; up to three alumni video vignettes with English captions; an English Sport Pathway Advising Toolkit of one to four pages; and three professionally formatted translated toolkit versions in Bahasa Indonesia, I-Kiribati, and Samoan. The contractor must provide an initial project framework report, final outcomes report, all hosting and technical support, and required content, translation, multimedia, and stakeholder-engagement capabilities. This is a firm-fixed-price, 12-month contract with performance scheduled from September 20, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
