Description
Education Service Center, Region 20, in partnership with the Texas Education Agency, is seeking a company or individual to design and develop a cohesive series of animated videos explaining the Teacher Incentive Allotment program. The requested series includes videos covering how TIA works, teacher guidance, data collection and submission, spending timelines and requirements, Enhanced TIA, data validation, and support growth, with an anticipated total of 21 videos subject to the stated scope. The vendor must use content provided by TEA, follow TEA TIA Brand Guidelines, secure music rights and voice-over actors, create additional resources requested by TEA staff, and meet accessibility and branding requirements. The vendor must provide staff names, roles, resumes, capacity information, relevant animated-video and training artifacts, implementation calendars or sample schedules, production approaches and workflows, asset-management information, and pricing by video series. Outputs require TEA review and approval before invoicing, with weekly or biweekly planning and review meetings with ESC-20 staff.
