Description
The Texas Department of Transportation is soliciting proposals to establish a contract for statewide traffic video sharing services. The selected contractor will provide a hosted application service and related capabilities to enable sharing of traffic camera video feeds across the state. The solicitation is a re-advertisement of RFO 601440000051462. Required submission materials include pricing, offer execution, Texas Family Code, subcontracting, vendor qualifications and references, personnel qualifications, compliance with specifications, security, business continuity and disaster recovery, assumptions, exceptions, functional and technical requirements, and other schedules. A certificate of insurance is listed as optional. Respondents must monitor the procurement portal for addenda and other changes.
