Description
The United States Air Force is requesting quotations from small-business hotels for a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide commercial lodging for 433rd Airlift Wing reserve personnel and other authorized government travelers participating in Unit Training Assemblies, Rescheduled Unit Training Assemblies, Inactive Duty Training, and Active Duty assignments. The lodging facility must be within a 15-mile driving radius of either Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland or JBSA-Fort Sam Houston. The BPA has a cumulative master limit of $1,269,000, but does not guarantee any minimum volume or expenditure. Hotels must provide safe, clean, non-smoking rooms, daily housekeeping, 24-hour front-desk coverage, secure parking, and required fire-safety, accessibility, and Air Force safety compliance. Facilities must be listed on FEMA's National Master List, consent to pre-award and annual inspections, and meet the stated room, security, and guest-service requirements. Quotes must include separate price and technical volumes, with the completed price list, FEMA compliance evidence, facility location and driving-distance documentation, inspection-consent letter, ownership or management proof, and technical substantiation for capacity and amenities. The solicitation uses a total small-business set-aside and evaluates eligible quotes through price screening, mandatory pass/fail gates, and technical scoring.
