The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, is soliciting a verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to provide solid waste removal services at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. The contractor must furnish and maintain 30-yard roll-off dumpsters, perform weekly scheduled pickups, provide on-call dumpster delivery and retrieval, perform optional unscheduled pickups, and transport and dispose of general waste in compliance with applicable environmental requirements. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, vehicles, permits, licenses, and disposal facilities necessary for performance. The offer must address technical approach, staffing, subcontracting, disposal sites and facilities, key personnel qualifications, and comparable past performance. The requirement includes a base period and four option years; the Government will evaluate option-year pricing but does not guarantee exercise of the options. Only VIP-listed SDVOSBs meeting the solicitation's NAICS and eligibility requirements may submit offers.
