Description
Education Service Center, Region 20, in partnership with the Texas Education Agency, is soliciting a vendor to produce eight polished two- to four-minute videos highlighting Texas school systems' implementation of the Teacher Incentive Allotment. The production team must travel to designated districts, interview school leadership and teachers, gather B-roll footage, edit the footage, secure music rights and voice-over actors, and follow the agency's brand and accessibility requirements. The vendor must cover travel costs, participate in weekly or bi-weekly planning and review meetings, and submit all completed outputs for agency review and approval before invoicing. The response must include staff names, roles, resumes, capacity information, relevant video work and other expertise artifacts, sample implementation calendars or schedules, and pricing for producing and completing each video. Evaluation emphasizes the narrative, video portfolio, production approach and workflows, team qualifications, asset management, references, resumes, executive summary, and proposed pricing. The initial term runs from the award date through December 31, 2026, with an optional term from January 1 through December 31, 2027.
