Description
The City of Carson is seeking proposals from experienced multimedia production firms, creative agencies, and video production houses to provide comprehensive multimedia content production, event coverage, and television programming support for its Multimedia Division. Services include professional video production, photography, editing and post-production, motion graphics and animation, audio recording and editing, social media content production, interviews, livestream and on-demand video, studio and field production, drone footage where legally permitted, and rapid-response content creation. The selected consultant must provide qualified personnel, professional-grade equipment, transportation, software, and access to a production studio or comparable facility capable of supporting interviews, television and podcast-style programming, green-screen production, lighting, and audio recording. Deliverables may include event recap videos, live event social media coverage, short- and long-form promotional content, original television and streaming programming, graphics, captions, raw footage, project files, and monthly activity reports. The City may make a single or multiple awards, and the intended agreement term is five years from commencement. Proposals must include a maximum 20-page narrative proposal, an official Cost File, and required general attachments; proposal documents must be signed and uploaded electronically in PDF format.
