Description
Oswego County is seeking a qualified production professional to videotape all County Legislature meetings, including regular, reconvened, special, budget, and public-hearing sessions. The contractor must provide portable video and audio equipment, record complete and unedited meetings from opening through adjournment except during executive sessions, and produce clear views and audio of each speaker. Recordings must include required title images and a County seal overlay, be copied to County-provided SD cards, and be streamed to an unlisted YouTube channel. The contractor must provide portable equipment and propose possible equipment locations, avoid interfering with meetings or altering County facilities, and ensure continuity of service. The proposal must address the scope, staffing and project team, relevant experience, references, implementation schedule, pricing, subcontractors, and approach. The contract is stated to commence January 1, 2027, with a stated termination date of December 31, 2026 and four possible one-year extensions; the conflicting dates should be clarified. Insurance coverage is required, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, excess/umbrella, workers’ compensation and New York disability coverage, and professional liability where commercially available.
