Description
The Michigan Bureau of State Lottery seeks qualified, independent contractors to record Sunday lottery drawings, including midday and evening drawings, as well as other drawings not recorded by WDIV-TV when needed. The Lottery will provide the camera and accessories; contractors must operate the equipment, work independently, maintain current contact information for drawing personnel, and provide their own transportation. Contractors must be available for days, evenings, weekends, holidays, at least five consecutive Sundays, and at least two Sundays per month. The procurement is for two separate three-year contracts with two option years available: one for approximately 45 working days per year and one for approximately 25 working days per year. Proposals must address the statement of work, vendor background and experience, availability, prior experience, contract terms, and required certifications and disclosures. The State may conduct background checks on owners, officers, employees, and subcontractors before work begins.
