Description
Caroline County, Virginia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide on-site and remote video production for regular and special public meetings and County events. The scope includes live streaming, recording, raw footage, edited videos, reliable audio and video quality, timely uploads to the County's YouTube channel, and compliance with digital accessibility requirements, including WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, synchronized captions, audio description, and accessible media players. The vendor must demonstrate experience with video production, public meeting recording, live streaming, YouTube management, and OBS; provide sufficient trained personnel; be available on one day's notice; and submit hourly rates for auditorium meetings using County equipment, off-site meetings using vendor equipment, remote meetings using vendor equipment, and any additional fees. The initial contract term is one year with up to four one-year renewals at the County's discretion.
