Description
Killeen Independent School District is soliciting proposals from multiple vendors for as-needed communications and media-related services purchased through percentage discounts from catalog prices. The District may make multiple awards and select different vendors based on price, availability, convenience, reliability, responsiveness, and track record. Questions and answers will be distributed through the electronic bid system, and no verbal responses will be provided. The contract is expected to run from September 30, 2026, through September 29, 2027, with four additional one-year renewal options, subject to funding and mutual agreement. Required response materials include the electronic bid attributes and a current-year W-9 uploaded through the response attachments area; a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire is required if a conflict exists.
