The International Boundary and Water Commission canceled this solicitation in its entirety on September 11, 2026. The planned requirement involved converting the Anzalduas Dam storage building into a security office and installing an emergency generator. No award or resulting contract will be established from this solicitation; the requirement may be revisited in a future fiscal year through a separately announced procurement.
