Description
Texas A&M International University is soliciting proposals for comprehensive, turnkey event production services. The primary recurring requirement is production of Fall and Spring Commencement ceremonies, including professional LED video displays, multi-camera 4K video production, livestreaming, recording, audio systems and microphones, production lighting, staging, rigging, technical direction, event management, rehearsals, setup, operation, strike, and post-production deliverables. The resulting contract may also be used on an as-needed basis for other university events, including ceremonies, conferences, performances, athletic events, outdoor events, meetings, and special programs. The contractor must provide the necessary equipment, personnel, transportation, planning, technical coordination, and production management, and may use subcontractors subject to university approval. The initial contract term is five years, with up to five additional one-year renewals; no minimum volume or expenditure is guaranteed.
