Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs requires emergency repair of a GE OEC 3D C-arm, Model OEC 3D, Serial No. FBMHDX00091, asset No. 580 MX2745499. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, parts, equipment, and supervision necessary to diagnose, troubleshoot, and correct all malfunctions in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and OEM guidelines. Only new OEM or OEM-approved replacement parts may be supplied, with a detailed parts list and justification provided before installation when feasible. Work must be performed onsite by OEM-certified, GE OEC-authorized technicians. The contractor must provide a service report after the repair describing the problem, corrective action, parts replaced, field service engineer name, and time onsite, while complying with VA safety, radiation-safety, infection-control, and emergency protocols. Work is expected to begin immediately after award and receipt of repair parts, with substantial completion expected within seven business days of commencement.
