Description
The Town seeks a qualified, licensed, and certified firm to provide construction materials testing and special inspection services during construction of its Town Campus site infrastructure, police station, and fire station. The scope includes inspections of structural steel, concrete, masonry, soils and foundations, seismic systems, and fire-rated assemblies, as well as soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregate, and fill testing. The selected firm must maintain applicable laboratory accreditation and provide evidence of current accreditation with its response. Services also include daily field reports, non-conformance reporting, corrective-action verification, weekly summaries, coordination with the project team, prompt notification of critical deficiencies, and closeout documentation supporting the Certificate of Occupancy. Respondents must submit a qualifications proposal with a letter of intent, company background, project approach, staff resumes, relevant project experience, three owner references, and unit-quantity pricing. The three projects will be tracked under separate contracts but awarded to a single firm.
