Description
Canoe Procurement Group of Canada and Sourcewell are requesting proposals for a regional and/or national contracting solution covering laboratory and science equipment, instruments, supplies, consumables, accessories, replacement parts, specimens, chemicals, and other related catalog products. The scope also includes technology, hardware, and software used to deliver, order, manage, and use those products. Related services may include laboratory planning and setup, design, assembly, efficiency evaluation, delivery, installation, training, consultation, technical support, and other services needed to provide turnkey solutions. Equipment-only or products-only solutions may also be proposed where participating entities can arrange installation independently. Resulting contracts are expected to have a four-year term, with up to three additional one-year extensions and possible exceptional extensions beyond seven years. Proposals must be submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal; other submission methods will not be accepted.
