Description
The City of El Paso is seeking one contractor to provide drug testing and alcohol screening services primarily for the Police Department, with services ordered as needed. The scope includes five-panel and ten-panel drug tests, anabolic steroid tests, alcohol tests, and hair follicle tests. The estimated annual quantities are 490 five-panel drug tests and four each of the other listed test types. The solicitation requires bidding all items, with one award covering the complete requirement. Testing must support the department's documented random, reasonable-suspicion, post-accident, and firearm-discharge testing procedures.
