Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, on behalf of the Indiana Veterans' Home, is soliciting clinical laboratory services for Indiana Veterans' Home patients. The detailed requirements are provided in Attachment K, Statement of Work. Respondents must submit an executive summary, business proposal, technical proposal, Attestation Form, Infrastructure Overview, AI Technical Proposal Questions, and the other required solicitation attachments. The contract term is four years from contract execution, with two one-year extensions at the State's option. A 3% Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business subcontracting goal applies, and qualifying IVOSB participation may receive evaluation points.
