Description
Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority is soliciting bids for a requirements contract for laboratory testing services. The contractor must provide sample pickup from the Water Treatment Plant at 900 Freeport Road, transport samples to its laboratory, perform drinking-water, wastewater, hazardous-waste, source-water, radiological, organic, inorganic, PFAS, and other specified analyses, and maintain Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection accreditation for the required analytes and matrices. The contractor must provide an online client data portal, a project manager, electronic laboratory results in PDF and EDD formats, DWELR reporting, and prompt telephone and email notification of maximum contaminant-level exceedances. The initial term is one year from issuance of the Notice to Proceed, with up to four additional one-year renewals by mutual written agreement. Bidders must submit required compliance, experience, supplier-diversity, accreditation, pricing, and other bid materials through the public procurement portal.
