LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT RFP NO. 27-006 PROFESSIONAL MATERIALS TESTING SERVICES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Queen Creek, Arizona will receive Proposals for Materials Testing Services, RFP No. 27-006. Project Summary: The Town of Queen Creek's Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) Department is seeking proposals from qualified civil construction quality assurance (QA) firms to act as the Lab of Record for various CIP projects. The selected firm will be responsible for providing a range of testing and laboratory services for construction materials and processes, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and regulations. The firm will be required to conduct material testing, provide results and reports, and offer technical support for various infrastructure projects under the Town of Queen Creek's CIP program. Proposals: The Town will accept proposals on or before 3:00 P.M. local time on October 27, 2026 through the link provided in the Request for Proposal No. 27-006. Immediately thereafter responses will be electronically opened and the name of each Respondent will be posted to the Town's e-procurement platform. Proposals must include all information items listed in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals received after the date and time prescribed for the opening of proposal, or not submitted in the designated manner, will not be accepted, opened, or considered. NO EMAILED, FAXED, MAILED OR HAND-DELIVERED SUBMITTALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Documents may be obtained from the Town of Queen Creek's E-procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/queencreekaz Each Proposal shall be in accordance with specifications and instructions contained therein. Description
The Town of Queen Creek's Capital Improvement Projects Department is seeking proposals from qualified civil construction quality assurance firms to serve as the Lab of Record for various capital improvement projects. The selected firm will provide soil, aggregate, concrete, cementitious, asphalt, steel, masonry, bituminous, and other construction-material testing; coring; laboratory and field testing; calibrated equipment; immediate communication of field results; and detailed laboratory, field, and comprehensive testing reports. Services must follow applicable ASTM, AASHTO, Maricopa Association of Governments, Town of Queen Creek, and other applicable regulatory standards. Respondents must provide qualified licensed or certified personnel, including ATTI, ACI, and structural-steel special-inspection certifications, with additional certifications potentially required. The response must include an executive summary, qualifications and experience, costs, staffing and availability, method of approach, pricing, and required certifications and questionnaire responses. Responses are limited to 10 pages, excluding resumes and completed attachments, and the contract may run for up to one year with four additional one-year renewal periods.
