Description
The State of Louisiana, through the Office of State Procurement, is soliciting referral laboratory testing services for Central Louisiana State Hospital. Pricing must be submitted on the provided price sheet, and services must comply with the scope of work and applicable federal and state requirements. The contract is for an initial 12-month period beginning November 12, 2026, or the date of award, whichever is later. The state may extend the contract for two additional 12-month periods, for a maximum total term of 36 months. Bids may be submitted through the LaGov Supplier Portal or by non-electronic delivery as specified in the solicitation.
