Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19, is soliciting quotes for a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for moving and relocation services for the Eastern Colorado VA Health Care System. The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and services necessary to move furniture and medical equipment across the healthcare system's 12 locations in eastern Colorado, including the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center in Aurora and 11 community-based outpatient clinics. Services include loading, transporting, unloading, and installing items such as exam tables, medical supply carts, telehealth equipment, medication cabinets, and wall-mounted items like clocks and whiteboards. The contractor must supply moving trucks not exceeding 26 feet, dollies, pallet jacks, moving blankets, packing materials, and other necessary tools. Work will be performed on an as-needed basis, with an estimated five large projects and 20 small or medium projects per year. The contract will be a time-and-materials IDIQ with a guaranteed minimum of $500 and a ceiling of $1,250,000 over the life of the contract. The solicitation is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs).
