Description
CEA FRANCOachat is refreshing its Qualified Supplier Roster for suppliers to provide as-needed moving and storage services for Conseil des écoles publiques de l'Est de l'Ontario. Respondents may qualify for moving services, storage services, or both. Moving services include inventorying, tagging, transporting, assembling and disassembling furniture and equipment, and disposing of old items. Storage services include supplying and installing 12-, 20-, or 40-foot storage containers and providing short- or long-term off-site interior storage of approximately 500 or 1,000 square feet. Qualified suppliers will be eligible for future, assignment-specific competitions, with no guaranteed volume or award value. Responses require the buyer-provided Appendix C Submission Form, applicable moving and/or storage questionnaires, and applicable pricing bid tables submitted through the electronic bidding system. Two similar completed projects per submitted category, completed within the previous three years and valued under $10,000, are required for rated evaluation, along with company information, invoicing procedures, and added-value information. The selected supplier must later execute a Master Framework Agreement; insurance and WSIB clearance are preconditions of selection or contract execution rather than submission-time requirements.
